2. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all paid consultation sessions, lifestyle plan programs, and educational products offered by Greenclearing. Free inquiries and informational content on our website are not subject to this policy.
3. Cancellation by Client
You may cancel a booked consultation under the following conditions:
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled session: full refund of the session fee
- Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the session: 50% refund of the session fee
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session: no refund; rescheduling may be offered at our discretion
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to service@greenclearing.world.
4. Lifestyle Plan Programs
For multi-week lifestyle plan programs:
- Full refund available if cancelled before the program start date
- Partial refund proportional to unused weeks if cancelled after the program has begun, minus a 15% administrative fee
- No refund for the final week of a program once materials for that week have been delivered
5. Educational Products
Digital educational materials that have not been accessed or downloaded may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once materials have been delivered or accessed, they are considered non-refundable due to their digital nature.
6. Cancellation by Greenclearing
If we cancel a session or program due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We will notify you as promptly as possible.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under Swedish consumer protection law, including the Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen) and the Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen). If you are a consumer within the European Union, you may have additional rights regarding distance contracts and cooling-off periods. EU consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, please contact us at service@greenclearing.world. We aim to resolve all concerns fairly and promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated date.
